Cancellation Policy

Lash Garden understands that sometimes you have to cancel or reschedule a reservation. In which, you are able to change your reservation or cancel at any time. However, please inform us at least 1 day before your appointment if possible. This is to give other people the opportunity to book at the time of cancellation or transfer.

Refund Policy

Lash Garden reserves the right to reject any refund for services and products. That said, we will do our best to provide the services and products well beyond your expectations. For various errors and mistakes that may occur during or after receiving our service or product, please give us a chance by talking to us first. We will do everything within our power to solve the problems in the short and long term.

Return Policy

Lash Garden reserves the right to reject any return of products that you have purchased unless the products meet any of the following conditions:

  1. The product(s) is damaged such as dents, torn, leaked, broken, or cracked.

  2. The product(s) is expired (based on the expiry date on the package or the product.

Privacy Policy and Collection of Personal Information

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Lash Garden as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, and to provide offers and information on our products and services to you.


The information you provide is only available to Lash Garden and will not be shared with any third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. Additionally, you always have the right to request Lash Garden to delete or correct the information held about you at any time.
